STREAM “FAMILY ROOM” NOW:

NEWLIFE is a group of worship leaders from the church of the same name in the Washington D.C. Metro area. They began writing together in 2018 and in August of 2019 they released their first project “New Things,” inspired by stories and prayers from within the congregation.

The uncertainty from the pandemic and the pain of racial injustice sparked the recording and release of NEWLIFE’s second project “Above The Noise,” which released in October of 2020.

Their experiences over the last three years together inspired the release of NEWLIFE’s first full length album “Family Room,” a project created around community and love for worship and each other. The first single from the project, “Promises” released October 22, 2021. The full album, which was released on November 5, will be followed by a live concert experience held at NEWLIFE Calvert on December 5.

NEWLIFE’s hope is that the story God is writing through the people of the church inspires others to love God and each other better everyday by facilitating life-altering encounters with Jesus through worshipping in His presence.
