Oak & Arrow Tutorial is a unique educational initiative aimed at providing a holistic learning environment for children. Our mission is to partner with and equip parents as they take ownership of their children’s education, knowing that parents are the primary teachers of their children.

We desire to partner with families to raise up the next generation of children who are deeply rooted like oaks (Isaiah 61:3) and purposefully directed like arrows (Psalm 127:4). Together, we can work to raise children who are strong in faith, grounded in truth, and prepared to live for God’s glory.

How It Works

We want to remove the stress of research and planning that can keep people from feeling equipped to start or maintain a homeschooling journey. We will provide the curriculum, assignments and objectives for all CORE subjects.

Tutors will provide outlines for work and assignments for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so parents are not introducing new concepts, but simply guiding their student(s) to review and retain what was introduced in class.

While this is a drop off program, we will have “Parent of the Day” requirements to assist our tutors. This allows parents to connect with their student’s education.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSopHY

Each and every child was designed uniquely in the image of God. Drawing influences from the classical and montessori models, alongside many others, our philosophy is to provide different spaces and activities that lend themselves to different types of learners. We want children to become independent thinkers and problem-solvers with a passion for learning. CORE subjects and skills will be taught within an array of topics that teach children about life and society through the lens of a biblical worldview.

  • Drop off days are Tuesday and Thursday. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday students will complete work at home.

  • Oak & Arrow tutorial will be available for children PreK4-8th grade.

  • We offer structured classes covering CORE subjects: language arts, history, science, math and Bible – designed to set children up for academic success and a lifetime love of learning. We provide resources and guidance for families to continue that education at home,  allowing scholarly and biblically based homeschooling to be attainable for more families.

  • $475 Admin Fee and $2,635 Tuition (includes curriculum).

  • We will have a basic uniform policy. Navy, light blue or white polos or button downs with khaki or navy uniform pants, shorts, skirts or jumpers.
